Senior Residences is a corporate guesthouse located in the West End area of Delhi, designed to accommodate upper management personnel. The building comprises 27 guest rooms along with specialized functional zones, including formal conference rooms, a dining hall, and multiple lounges. In addition to these primary spaces, the facility incorporates an on-site gym. The project serves as a high-end residential and professional hub situated in a prime urban context.

The building’s form is a direct response to the site’s footprint, designed to maximize the total buildable area of the plot. To ensure privacy within its residential society context, the facade is treated with a uniform jaali screen on all four sides. This functional envelope serves as the primary architectural highlight of the building while maintaining the necessary seclusion for the interior spaces.

The interior program centers on a ground-floor reception lobby that overlooks a double-height volume in the basement which is illuminated by a full-height glazing system. This glazing extends from the basement level up to the ground-floor ceiling, serving as a light well that brings natural illumination into the lower level. The ground-floor reception lobby is positioned to overlook this void, creating a visual connection between the entrance and the basement program, which includes the conference facilities. connectivity.

The corridors are designed with curved wall panels and recessed niches to break the linearity of the passage and frame the entrance to each room. This layout ensures that the luxury guest rooms maintain a direct visual connection to the naturally lit central volume. The sculpture court at the first floor serves as a focal point, spilling over into the dining area to provide additional seating
