The institutional building rests in the heart of Mundra port. It is a striking 60-meter-tall structure that seamlessly integrates form and function. With a fluid-like design, the tower captures the essence of modern architecture. The viewing gallery at the top offers panoramic vistas, while the museum at the base gives a glimpse of the history of the port. The design is inspired by an industrial setting, drawing from elements such as containers and oil storage tanks. This aesthetic is translated into the tower’s architecture through the use of rustic metal strips that wrap around the central core for vertical circulation.

A double-height internal courtyard defines the entry experience, creating a strong visual connection while also serving as a central node that links various activities on the ground floor.
The ceiling has petals of white perforated metal panel which filter harsh sunlight and solid GFRC panels, creating a sense of openness.

The core acts as the vertical circulation spine and connects the G+11 superstructure. Ground and first floors are organized around the core and accommodate the café, model room, AV room, etc. Furthermore, the envelope is made of solid aluminum panels, fixed on a steel truss structure.
