The proposal for Samudra township is a densification plan in an existing township that is a part of the Adani townships. The objective is to consume greater FSI in the balance land area while adhering to the principles of the master plan. Specific blocks for different categories of housing – bungalows, 1BHK, 2BHK, 1BHK have been proposed.
We have proposed an integrated bio-diversity park along the waterfront. This landscape will be accessible for leisure and relaxation too. The riverfront development is a composed cumulation of eco-parks, eco-ponds, promenades and waterscapes flexibly flowing along the riverside.
