The proposed GST Bhavan is designed on a plot measuring approximately 450 meters in length with an average width of 85 meters. The architectural approach avoids the notion of a singular monolithic structure. Instead, the design emphasizes porosity and permeability, fostering openness, connectivity, and integration with the site.
This dynamic complex is envisioned to accommodate a diverse and multifaceted program, bringing together administrative, institutional, recreational, and residential functions under one unified yet articulated campus.

- Training Academy with associated academic and support spaces.
- Residential block for student accommodation, integrated within the campus.
- Amenities & Public Spaces
- Dining facility with a seating capacity of 500 people.
- Recreational zones interspersed across the campus.
- 300-seat auditorium for large gatherings and official events.
- 80-seat conference hall for focused meetings and seminars.
- Exhibition area to host displays, educational material, or cultural content.
- Two amphitheatres, designed to accommodate formal and informal gatherings, enhancing the cultural and interactive potential of the space.
