Leadership guesthouse located at Shantigram, Gujarat is a co-work and co-live guesthouse envisioned for CEOs and executors. The design responds to its site context through a composition of a curve form, circulation paths and unifying the landscape with the built.
Each of the three volumes accommodates distinct programmatic functions while contributing to a unified spatial order. This linear arrangement reinforces hierarchy and allows the building to align naturally with its site. The simplicity of form enhances legibility, creating an architectural expression that is both contemporary and rooted in its cultural context.
The site orientation is planned in a curved built form which poses an inviting gesture to the visitors along with stepped landscape pockets further enhancing the vastness of the site. The form is staggered in the center along its length.
The entrance is celebrated on a podium level in the form of a vestibule surrounded with landscape pockets to enliven the experience. This enables the service and staff facilities on the ground level with easy road connection
The architectural planning houses common facilities of hobnob, recreation, dining and co-work areas on lower level while private rooms on the upper levels forming an efficient building program
The interiors follow a warm, neutral beige palette with subtle accent colors. These are layered with the play of textures and jaali elements. The large windows allow ample natural light. This creates a comfortable and efficient living environment.
